Day Eight: Progress Report

There is room to work at the desk now. This is a good beginning.

Next to the desk is a large bolt of fabric.  I have no idea how many yards are on it.

I bought it with dreams of quilt backing. Maybe several quilt backings.  No one else seems to agree.  Everyone who sees this fabric asks me if I’m making curtains.  Curtains?!  This is obviously not supposed to be curtains.  Or is it?

There are large windows in the dining room.  Large windows with no coverings at the moment.  And so I am wondering, will this work here?

I think I may be experimenting soon.
